About

A global sourcing partner, built for the big buyers.

We do not trade on empty offices or products we have never shipped. Teams in Sydney, Auckland, Singapore and Ahmedabad, partners in eight markets, years of maker relationships, ISO 9001 quality and a live flow into 10,000+ stores. That is the proof a buyer asks for.

Our story

The business started as Shiv Impex. It was set up to do one thing well. Source everyday products from around the world. Then land them on Australian shelves, branded and ready, with no fuss.

The current legal entity is Shiiv Imports Pty Ltd, trading as Shiiv Imports. Our market is full of importers who just push volume and brokers who push paper. We work in a different way. We build long relationships with makers we trust. We meet retail standards. And we land product on time and on spec, every time.

Today we work from four cities: Sydney, Auckland, Singapore and Ahmedabad. We supply 10,000+ stores across Australia. We build own-brands and source across drinks and beverages; snacks and confectionery (including six frozen potato and veg snack families); bakery, biscuits and wafers; pasta, sauces and cooking bases; rice, grains, pulses and pantry staples; oils, condiments, dressings and pickles; spices and seasonings; ready meals and meal kits; tea, coffee and hot beverages; and breakfast cereals and staples. The way we work stays the same. A partner you can plan around.

Our producer network

We follow the producer, not the postcode.

We source from Thailand, Vietnam, Poland, Dubai, the United States, India, China and Japan. We can add new markets too. We pick makers in places where the product has a long history, the certificates hold up and the records are real.

We visit. We audit. We hold back any batch that is not right. The relationships are old. The standards do not bend.

What we believe

Three things, in order.

01

Honesty in sourcing

No made-up offices. No overclaimed certificates. No hidden suppliers. If we cannot say where it is made, we do not sell it.

02

Retail-grade standards

FSANZ labels, HACCP-checked makers, batch tracking. We hold the same standards a buyer writes into a contract.

03

Long-horizon relationships

We pick makers we can work with for ten years. We pick retailers we can back for ten years. The rest follows.

Work with us.
